Do not purchase from Beauty Expert! I wish I had read these reviews. I waited for over a month for my order to arrive, then was advised that the parcel had been sent without my full address details, despite confirmation on order that these were correct. They use a third party OMNIPARCEL to deliver items who have no contact details. Had to follow up four times with Beauty Expert and was finally informed that a refund had been issued with no apology, And despite the fact I requested my parcel be readdressed and sent. Should have used another company and will never use Beauty Expert again.
