Sadly I will not be returning to this Salon after 3 years. There appears to be a culture where the customer is not listened too and when concerned or questions are raised they become rough and seemingly offended and conversations in their home language follow. After a long week I was looking forward to a relaxing manicure and not an covert battle with the technician. The experience left me feeling down and 2 days later the sides of 2 of my nails are sore. To add to this the service is rushed. Time to leave.
