I was recommended to go to this beauty spa but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. 1- the lady working on my nails did not shape my toe nails at all 2-for my manicure, she did not ask about the shape I wanted. Just started doing what she liked 3- my cuticles were removed so fast that my nails did not look as they were finalised by a professional 4- I felt the lady was in a hurry to finish everything and to be honest did not like the feeling that she was in a rush 5-the service in the system indicated 30min manicure and 30min pedicure. In 40min she finished both services 6- at the end not even a cream on my feet and hand to finalise the service Unfortunately would not come back and would not recommend I feel that service is what makes and sets competitors apart. For me this is important . This nail soa definitely is a no for me
