Watch arrived well packed and on time but with missing documentation that for a watch that cost over £3k is not good.
Emailed customer service and was told to send the watch back so a replacement could be ordered however, this is a limited edition watch that is sold out everywhere so I asked that if I sent it back could they guarantee to source a replacement but Rachel from customer service choose not to answer this question.
I then called the 0800 number but after 30mins on hold had to give up.
I only ordered the watch from BeaverBrooks as it had sold out everywhere else and I can see why others choose to use more reputable jewellers.
Anyways, first time using BEAVERCROOKS and the last.
