I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience at Beaverbrooks. I originally received a bangle that lost a diamond, and it was replaced — only for the replacement to break shortly after with minimal wear. The clasp broke, and the bangle misshaped despite being worn carefully. Instead of taking responsibility, Beaverbrooks refused to refund me and blamed me for the damage, which I found incredibly upsetting and insulting.
Their customer service has been terrible throughout. I made it clear I no longer wanted the bangle and had already replaced it elsewhere, yet they still refused to offer a refund and only offered a repair I didn’t ask for. I’ve now had no choice but to go through my credit card provider to try and get my money back.
There’s been no real care for customer satisfaction, and I’ve been made to feel like I did something wrong — when I’ve simply worn a product that clearly wasn’t made to last. For a brand that calls itself “luxury,” this whole experience has been incredibly disappointing.
I would not recommend Beaverbrooks. Shop elsewhere.
