Visited the Guildford shop yesterday to look for a watch. Staff were friendly but the girl took ages to bring some sample watches to us? We were clear about the make and design but still had a long wait? The whole experience was not very professional and had a 'supermarket' feel about it! Would not buy from this retailer. Have now gone to Mappin & Webb.
