I went to Maidstone Beaverbrooks today to collect a ring that was ordered in for me ... due to Canterbury store being closed down !
I must say the staff are excellent in there ,especially Lauren .... her professionalism and service is spot on , she makes you feel
Special , and recognised me from my visit before , they don’t rush you or pressurise you to buy .... extremely impressed, can’t say I ever felt like that from the Canterbury branch x
