Horrible experience. I purchased over $100 worth of clothing from this brand back in November 2024 and still haven’t received them, 3 months later. I tried reaching to their “customer service team” multiple times and each time I tried to reach out they sent me the exact same automated message 3 times, with no advice on what to do. I am super disappointed in this brand, especially a brand that has a million followers. They didn’t help me in the slightest after never receiving my clothing and I’ve failed to even get a genuine reply them. It’s pretty apparent they do not care about their customers, so be careful! I got completely scammed
