“I originally really liked Aybl – the fit of the leggings is great, the colours are lovely, and their T-shirts are comfy and flattering too. But I’ve been left pretty disappointed. After just over a month, the seam on the scrunch bum leggings ripped. I reached out to customer service, hoping for some support, but all I got was a generic “it’s past our 30-day policy” response. Fair enough on the policy, but after that, they just ignored my follow-up emails, which was super frustrating.
To be honest, I do like most of the items I bought (apart from the ripped one), but their customer service is seriously lacking. There are so many activewear brands out there now, and if good service matters to you, I’d maybe look elsewhere.”
“Items I ordered seem to be good quality. One sports bra arrived with a tan mark on the strap but I’m sure it’ll wash off. However, my order took 17 days to arrive and about 8 days to be dispatched after delivery saying 3-5 working days. There is no customer service available to address the problem only a chat box that gives u the options of questions to ask which is pointless as my question was not there. The support email they say to use replied with automated responses “this email is not monitored”. I like aybl clothing but I’ll be staying away after this experience. Customer service is zero!”

I purchased over $100 worth of clothing from this brand back in November 2024 and still haven’t received them, 3 months later. I tried reaching to their “customer service team” multiple times and each time I tried to reach out they sent me the exact same automated message 3 times, with no advice on what to do.
I am super disappointed in this brand, especially a brand that has a million followers. They didn’t help me in the slightest after never receiving my clothing and I’ve failed to even get a genuine reply them. It’s pretty apparent they do not care about their customers, so be careful! I got completely scammed”

“Their clothing is not fit for purpose unless you're someone who doesn't sweat - I wore a pair of lighter coloured leggings to the gym & ended up with sweat patches in embarrassing areas! When I messaged customer service they initially said I'd passed the 30 day returns & appeared not to care about the issue, I then explained as it had been summer I had been wearing shorts not leggings to the gym, & since then for weeks all of my customer service messages have been ignored! It's a shame as the clothing is very comfortable, but I won't be giving a company who don't care about their customers my money again!”
“Not only my package has naver reached me but I also wasn't even able to track it down with the link provided. Probably was never even sent because when I asked about any kind of confirmation they simply ignored my message and went straight to 50% refund offer. I strongly discourage from shopping with this company”
“I’ve placed an order from AYBL on July 31 2024 that I still haven’t received. They mentioned on their website that the delivery time could be a bit longer than expected. However, I was not expecting that I would still be waiting on my package MORE THAN 4 WEEKS later?!?I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times about this order as my track and trace also does not work and they take forever to reply to one message. I have been waiting now for over a week for a reply and keep sending messages but they do not reply. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. I thought AYBL was a big platform but this implicates otherwise”
“Honestly the most uncomfortable shorts I’ve ever worn. I bought the empower shorts and I’d waited for ages until they have a sale. I’m really glad I did because I would have been even more disappointed to pay full price. Honestly don’t waste your money, I’ve had primark shorts that feel the same/ are of similar quality. They also sit really weirdly on the lower stomach area, weirdly baggy, and I am by no means the skinniest.”
“I bought two seamless leggings last December, and now, in July, both have a hole in the scrunch. I tried to repair them, but it didn’t work because if you squat down, it rips apart again. I contacted customer service, but since it’s after 30 days, they won’t compensate me. Ridiculous! You pay 100 euros for something that goes in the bin after half a year! Poor service and respect. I will never order from here again, and I'll let everyone know!”

“The stitching in the midseem on the glues broke within the first few times of wearing them. Their admin staff is the worst customer service I've experienced. AYBL refused to replace the faulty item offering no solution. Even though their policy states they will resolve all faulty items.”
“I purchased a pair of leggings from AYBL. After one wear they tore. When contacted them they sent me a replacement. After receiving my replacements they tore also. They wouldn’t give me a refund so I was given another replacement. The third and final replacement tore again after three wears. They are now telling me as it’s been 30 days I cannot receive a refund or a replacement.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
What a sin as consumer I’m appalled by the customer service. They take days to reply to queries but have the audacity to say I have missed the window to be refunded or have an exchange for the several faulty products I received.
My friend also purchased the same leggings and the same thing has happened to her leggings. AYBL YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.”
“If you are considering buying something from this brand, DONT!! You’ll regret it.
First of all, their garments are not as good as other brands within the same price range. They’re a lot less durable.
Second of all, their administration is all over the place. I made a purchase in November 2023 with klarna. I paid for the clothes I kept, well within the 30 day range. After a month I kept receiving notifications from Klarna saying I still had to pay an amount for the order. This was completely incorrect, because I had all the proof that I only kept two items and paid for them accordingly. Beaybl customer service is so bad!! They take up to two weeks to reply to your request, they don’t even have an email or phone number you can call. Because of their lack of communication, klarna issued late payment fees (for an amount that I already paid!). Beaybl still has not communicated to klarna that I paid and that they received the payment, they don’t update the status of the return! Now I have to pay three times as much for the two items I kept!! It’s unbelievable, in this way they earn more from their customer. It’s despicable.
My advice is: shop at gymshark, dfyne, velocity, vanquish etc! Not at beaybl!”
