I originally really liked Aybl – the fit of the leggings is great, the colours are lovely, and their T-shirts are comfy and flattering too. But I’ve been left pretty disappointed. After just over a month, the seam on the scrunch bum leggings ripped. I reached out to customer service, hoping for some support, but all I got was a generic “it’s past our 30-day policy” response. Fair enough on the policy, but after that, they just ignored my follow-up emails, which was super frustrating. To be honest, I do like most of the items I bought (apart from the ripped one), but their customer service is seriously lacking. There are so many activewear brands out there now, and if good service matters to you, I’d maybe look elsewhere.
