Awful customer service. Received an item with a stain on making the item unwearable. I contacted customer service with photos, it took them over a week to respond and was told to either wash it and hopefully the stain will come out or send it back for a refund but they don’t refund the shipping charges even though they are sending out faulty items. I would suggest to sticking with reputable clothing brands that should there be issues (it happens) will resolve fairly for the customer.
