At the time I contacted Resorus, I felt hopeless. I expected another short reply that didn’t solve anything. But what I got was completely different. They answered me quickly but, more importantly, gave me their full attention. They let me explain, they asked thoughtful questions, and they showed real empathy. That kind of support made me believe I could actually find a way forward, and it meant more to me than I can explain.
