Leading up to the purchase, the contact was quite good.
I did walk away from the purchase but then received a phone call with a sensible deal.
The issues were after the purchase when I had an issue. The sales person is disinterested as they have made the sale and there is no after sales department.
From my conversations the issues seem to lie with the sales management team.
