Billy and his colleagues in the Servicing Team provided an excellent service when I had to return my mercedes gla for a fault to be rectified.
I was kept up to date with the progress and the car was returned within a couple of days.
Billy arranged for my car to be delivered after the job was done which saved me the hassle.
