Spoke to one of Beck Evans sales team who described the Q7 over the phone to me, agreed a deal and paid a deposit over the phone.
The car was services and ready to go when stated, I was collected from the train station on time. I paid for the car the night before to make sure there was no waiting around on collection.
The car was better than expected and the service was also to a very high standard, I would be happy to buy from Beck Evans and recommend them to my friends.
