The whole process of buying a vehicle was made very easy by Alex. He was very prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and took time to show me the vehicle and take me on a test drive. He offered extended warranty and paint protection but did not push these products so that I felt pressured into having them. He is an overall good sales person.
