All companies dealing with the public get the odd negative comments on socia media sometimes justified sometimes not.
Sometimes things do not always go to plan and how a company deals with these issues is often a very good measure of a company.
From my initial contact to arrange a viewing and test drive I was impressed with the friendly and courteous attitude from all members of staff I had contact with. At no time did I feel pressured to complete the sale.i decided to buy a BMW X5 and beck Evans agreed to carry out a service.
During the service it was discovered a gearbox fault showed up so instead of me taking delivery after 5 days it took a little longer. I feel many car dealers would have used reconditioned parts to save money but beck Evans carried out the work using genuine BMW parts at a considerable cost to themselves.
Tim who was my point of contact kept me up to date on the progress of the repair without any BS. When I collected both Tim and Sam Evans were apologetic about the unusual circumstances causing a delay. As a purchaser I would much prefer a company to be honest about a problem and rectify it correctly and an alternative to sending me off with potential future problems. I regard the service I received was 5 star and would not hesitate to recommend Tim and the company to others.
