Once again many thanks for your great service. I would like to thank Matt in particular who was absolutely great when assisting me in purchasing my new VW Golf convertible. The car is stunning visually but also drives fantastically well and I love it!!! I had a field day driving it home. Firstly, Matt's customer skills were impeccable as was his knowledge of the vehicle. He talked me through the options, was attentive without being overbearing. To be frank, I knew that I wanted to purchase the car as soon as I saw it but Matt made the purchase seamless.
