Viewed a ford kuga in Sept the car was immaculate and drove great .the salesman was polite and friendly he left me to check over the car unhurried.then I asked the salesman if I could put a deposit on the car but would not have the balance for a month. He agreed and said he would store the car securely offsite until 29th sept if I didn't have the money by then just let him know.it took 23 days before I rang to pick up the car.when I went to pick the car up I asked a different salesman if I could check the car over before I paid,he was again helpful and friendly gave me the keys and left me too it.the car had been given a full service a new mot even though the old one was only a couple of months old . I paid for the car and was offered the usual extra warranty,paint protection and gap without any pressure to buy I politely declined and left with my new car.that evening I found that I could not pick up many radio stations and found that the Arial was broken I told beck Evans the next morning took the car back and they apologised and fitted a complete arial including the base without delay.All in all I recieved excellent service from friendly salesman to polite well presented uniformed valleters I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any body . phil fitzsimons
