Ok re vehicle and service was friendly and helpful and a fair trade in deal agreed. Enviroment is stressful as very limited parking and facilities for customers. Straightforward and ok to deal with. Handbook is missing from vehicle and this will be needed this to give the gold star rating. Please forward ASAP.
