Good service on the whole. Pleasant to deal with and a smooth transaction.
Beck Evans prepared the car very well, fixing a few minor scratches professionally.
My only real complaint is that they are very busy and kept me waiting a couple of times, despite having appointments booked (and turning up on time) which is frustrating, but they were very apologetic.
