We are pleased with the vehicle overall, but feel we may have compromised the quality of service we received by putting a 10% deposit on the vehicle to secure it before commuting 4 hours to view/purchase the vehicle. 1. The vehicle was missing the rear parcel shelf and when raised with the salesman, his response was "I didn't tell you that there was one". Despite this being a factory fitted item he didn't attempt to amend this or reflect it in the purchase price. 2. The vehicle was poorly valeted, there was a sticky sweet in the passenger door, tissues in the rear armrest and pepperoni wrapper in the front glove compartment.
