Had a mid-shipment delivery problem with a bed frame order between the long haul shipper that picked up the order from the manufacturer, and the end point freight delivery who refused the delivery due to damage, which required a replacement order. BedPlanet was very helpful with keeping me up to date with what was happening, and made sure I was contacted by the end point freight delivery company with tracking and delivery notifications.
