“It didn't work on my chair. I asked if I could return it and was told it would cost me almost as much as I paid for it to return it! This is an example of buyer beware!!!”

“The item did not ship as quickly as I hoped given it was in stock. The product also had a lot of assembly needed when it stated partial assembly. That was misleading. I saved money on this product by ordering through bedplanet so that helped with the assembly needed. The pictures could have been more thorough”

“I had pretty good contact with the store, however it took a long time to get my pillow due to being in back order for a few months…. when I did receive pillow and slept on it for about a month to try it and was having a hard time getting a good sleep on it, when I looked at the materials used for pillow they didn’t even use the same materials to make the pillow as the previous pillow they ran out of. So I don’t even use the pillow. It’s horrible.”

“I have had a pillow similar to this for probably 20 years now and even though its disgusting looking its the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had. I’ve spent years trying to find a replacement and FINALLY found it. This pillow is made with different materials but had the exact same feel and no more random neck aches and headaches after overnight sleep. It’s perfect and keeps my head cool. THANK YOU for making this pilllow.”
