“The bed itself, and the pricing of the bed, were fantastic. However, I found the website to be not clear about "white glove delivery" so I could determine if my old mattress would actually be picked up and taken away when the new one was delivered. It seemed that was not an option, so I ended up with a mess of trying to find someone to help me move the mattress out of the bedroom and into the garage and then paying to have the mattress taken to the dump.”

“We are delighted with the Reverie R450HT base. The separate pillow feature is the main reason we purchased this one. Price from Bedplanet was better than others and delivery time was very reasonable -- I was surprised this was direct air freight from Taiwan (not China). The base is sturdy and well constructed indicated by its weight. Be sure to have helpers to move it.”

“We had purchased a mattress from Bed planet which we had a problem with. Bed planet stood behind the mattress 100% and we have a new mattress now thank you to Bed planet that we are very very happy with. “The process was pretty easy. We were seeking medium firm support and this fit the bill while still being soft on top. The 14" deep hybrid spring/foam is probably on the limit of working on an adjustable frame. The memory foam it replaced adapted a bit more easily. The only issue was that the vacuum compression caused one of the two mattresses we received to be a bit out of square (top is a bit off center from the bottom). Even after a month of weekly rotations, it is still there. It is live-able, and a bit more noticeable on the adjustable base.”

“Bedplanet was great and very responsive. The white glove delivery company was difficult to communicate with and didn’t respond until the date it was delivered. The delivery date was within our request.The manufacturer delivered a good product that was missing one needed leg extension. They only shipped 23 pieces that were 3” high and we needed 24 for the 12” leg height required for the 6 leg positions.”
