“I bought a $120 pillow from this company. Make sure you read the fine print. This is one of the few remaining online sellers that don't offer a trial period for returns. You can find one that does, so don't waste your money here.”

Hi Suzette, I’m sorry to hear you felt misled by the return policy. Pillows and top of bed items are one of those things that are not sanitary to re-sell and also against the law. Hi Marci. We have our Return Policy posted on the very bottom (footer) of every page of our website. I'm sorry that you didn't read that before ordering. I am sorry you feel like you do, but we are very transparent with our policies.

“Buyer beware. If you order anything online you can not return it whether it was opened or not. What a JOKE! They made an exception for me allegedly and charged me 20% restock PLUS $60 “PRE PAID” shipping for a 7lb box for an $80 set of bed frame legs for a net of $3.99! Again buyers beware”

“It took 2 months to get the bed not 3 weeks, I had to keep calling and e--mailing even after I was told it was delivered to the delivery company. I will never recommend to anyone to buy from Bed Planet. The people were nice but the service is terrible.”
