“Buyer beware. If you order anything online you can not return it whether it was opened or not. What a JOKE! They made an exception for me allegedly and charged me 20% restock PLUS $60 “PRE PAID” shipping for a 7lb box for an $80 set of bed frame legs for a net of $3.99! Again buyers beware”

“It took 2 months to get the bed not 3 weeks, I had to keep calling and e--mailing even after I was told it was delivered to the delivery company. I will never recommend to anyone to buy from Bed Planet. The people were nice but the service is terrible.”
