Hi Brian, The pictures for the Malouf brackets are provided to us by Malouf. Sometimes customers purchase brackets thinking that they'll work for their adjustable base but then realize that they are brand specific. I'm sorry you had trouble getting these to work with your base, but we're happy to comply with our 30 day return policy. Thank you, Bed Planet

There is a mechanical problem with the Ultra Comfort chair. I spoke with a representative of your company over two weeks ago. He said he would refer it to the "service People" and they would be in touch. I have heard nothing from anyone. I have called the Ultra Comfort people and they tell me to call you.

Did not know that bed rail is specifically made for your bed. I have a sleep number 360 split king that reclines. Ad did not say for a certain bed only. Still waiting g or Tanner to email packing label to return rail

Quality of product was poor. Metal support broke within first 2 weeks. I had already had a complaint in due to damage of the product when it arrived. They sent another bed, but refused to replace the bent metal piece.

The order process was easy and customer support and interface with Synchrony were great. But, so far the delivery system has been disappointing and poor. I ordered the Tempur Luxe Adapt on 8/3 and was told delivery would be about 2 weeks. On 8/13, I received a call from Tori, 503-691-7706 who said the bed and foundation had arrived in Wilsonville, Or (100 miles away), but they didn't have a route towards that way quite yet. They would reach out to me in the next couple of weeks to schedule a delivery. As of tomorrow, 9/3, it will be 3 weeks with the delivery company and nothing, thus the huge disappointment. If the bed and foundation are not received and installed by 9/10, I will be telling them to return it to you as well as to tell you to credit the Synchrony account, for the full amount of bed and foundation. At this point, I'm thinking I should have purchased more locally. Susan Norris

There was a little bit of damage to the bracket and the installation process is much more involved than I thought it would be. I will probably eventually install the brackets, but it requires removing the large, cumbersome mattress and setting the bed frame on its side. I would have returned the product, but did not find an easy way to do so.

After making my purchase, going on 3 weeks now, I have inquired, through the chat system set up on Bed Planet`s website, about the progress on my purchase, three(3) times. The first time I was asked to leave my email, of which I did. The second time I was instructed to do the same by the answering chat person, and I have yet to get an update on my purchase. It`s bee 5 days since last inquiry. At least get back to me. Even if there`s no progress. Very poor customer service. At this stage of our existence, the money we spend isn`t taken lightly and our time is worth more than any can muster to imagine. POOR, POOR, POOR!!!!

I ordered a headboard bracket kit for my king size frame and it did not fit. In order to exchange I need to pay $30 out of pocket for shipping.

Shipping took a long time. Over a week before it even left and the delivery company they contracted with was difficult to communicate with. After waiting, our mattress sat for almost a week an hour away from our house before delivery could be arranged.
