“I didn't think I was going to like the pillow because it felt too soft but I was wrong. My neck felt better from the first night I used it and I'm still getting used to the pillow I've never had one exactly like it it seems like it wouldn't support but it actually does. Not happy about the price of it because I never spent so much money on a pillow but as of right now it was worth it.”

“I got a discount for a very nice Beautyrest mattress. Delivery took time but with a great and smooth delivery and haul away. I recommend it.”

“Shorter (5") legs for adjustable bed: Good shipping time, well packaged, compatible with frame as stated. Con: Rather expensive compared to other brands.”

“The device to connect a headboard to an adjustable bed frame came with no instructions. After several attempts I was able to fit it although the design of the device would suggest it is for a more universal fit and therefore a close fit, but not ideal.”

“The bed itself, and the pricing of the bed, were fantastic. However, I found the website to be not clear about "white glove delivery" so I could determine if my old mattress would actually be picked up and taken away when the new one was delivered. It seemed that was not an option, so I ended up with a mess of trying to find someone to help me move the mattress out of the bedroom and into the garage and then paying to have the mattress taken to the dump.”

“Bedplanet was great and very responsive. The white glove delivery company was difficult to communicate with and didn’t respond until the date it was delivered. The delivery date was within our request.The manufacturer delivered a good product that was missing one needed leg extension. They only shipped 23 pieces that were 3” high and we needed 24 for the 12” leg height required for the 6 leg positions.”

“Very happy with my headboard purchase! I bought it in “oatmeal” for my full/double size bed. Assembly was simply and came with instructions. Only when it arrived the box was slightly opened. But everything was okay! I love my headboard! Would recommend!”

“We found the mattress we were looking for in good price and it was easy to navigate the website and to make a purchase but the delivery time was 1.5 months due to absence of the product in stock. So, as a buyer I would like to know about this in the moment of purchase, not waiting for two weeks and then making an enquiry myself. A representative called me later to know if I am still willing to wait and I appreciate it. The delivery itself was excellent, the driver came on time, was very helpful and polite. So, as a summary I am satisfied with the company and my purchase. And I do recommend them.”

“The only thing I can think of that would improve BedPlanet is to speed up the process. I do appreciate saving a bit of money, but it sure did take much longer. The delivery service was great and took care of the white glove delivery/setup/take-away of the old bed. I am enjoying my bed very much.”
