The bed itself, and the pricing of the bed, were fantastic. However, I found the website to be not clear about "white glove delivery" so I could determine if my old mattress would actually be picked up and taken away when the new one was delivered. It seemed that was not an option, so I ended up with a mess of trying to find someone to help me move the mattress out of the bedroom and into the garage and then paying to have the mattress taken to the dump.
