“Despite my having to return the zero gravity chair for personal reasons, I found the quality and craftsmanship to be quite excellent. Their customer service department went above and beyond in assisting in every aspect of the purchase, the delivery, and the return. They did their best trying to find a resolution for my individual disability needs. They reminded me of what customer service was like years ago. My only caution is to be sure to review their return policies. I would work with this company again.”

“Very happy with my headboard purchase! I bought it in “oatmeal” for my full/double size bed. Assembly was simply and came with instructions. Only when it arrived the box was slightly opened. But everything was okay! I love my headboard! Would recommend!”

“The Bed planet is a great company to do business with. The mattress that we ordered our California king is perfect. I had called a few times to the Bed planet that asked a few questions and everything that I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Once again a very happy customer. I highly recommend them. “It took 2 months to get the bed not 3 weeks, I had to keep calling and e--mailing even after I was told it was delivered to the delivery company. I will never recommend to anyone to buy from Bed Planet. The people were nice but the service is terrible.”

“Quality of product was poor. Metal support broke within first 2 weeks. I had already had a complaint in due to damage of the product when it arrived. They sent another bed, but refused to replace the bent metal piece.”

“loved the fact that i found the exact mattress my mom wanted but it took very long to be delivered. ETA was 12/21/21 and we received maybe 2-3 weeks later. So if you're in no rush I definitely recommend bedplanet.”

“Bed arrived in very poor condition with box torn and gouged and both ends resealed in transit. Shipping was long due to custom and UPS hang ups. Will inspect within next day to confirm all is okay. Such aspects of the transaction deduct 2 stars from overall experience. Bedplanet however upon ordering the bed was very helpful and professional. If bed is in great condition I will revise my rating accordingly. I”

“When it turned out that a closed-out product I ordered was out of stock, Bed Planet contacted me and offered me an in-stock upgrade for the same price. My upgraded beds quickly arrived in perfect condition. I am impressed (and grateful).”
