“This bed is fantastic. I own two Magniflex and love them both. This one is soft but perfectly soft, not too soft but definitely not hard so I am extremely pleased. Quality is very high. You cannot take the cover off of this model but with a good barrier cover I see no point. If there are two people who both love soft, this is the mattress!”

“The store from which I purchased my adjustable base bed did not have the hardware necessary to attach the base to my headboard. However, the store manager referred me to BedPlanet so that I could order it. It took about a month for my order to arrive and another two weeks to find someone to attach the hardware to the base and then to the headboard. Fortunately, the hardware fit the base and the headboard. Problem solved!”

“We found the mattress we were looking for in good price and it was easy to navigate the website and to make a purchase but the delivery time was 1.5 months due to absence of the product in stock. So, as a buyer I would like to know about this in the moment of purchase, not waiting for two weeks and then making an enquiry myself. A representative called me later to know if I am still willing to wait and I appreciate it. The delivery itself was excellent, the driver came on time, was very helpful and polite. So, as a summary I am satisfied with the company and my purchase. And I do recommend them.”
