“Just bought a Sealy Black Opal king mattress and service and delivery was great. However, the firm version is not what I wanted and is not comfortable for my husband’s arthritis. Is there any way I could return it for the plush version of the same mattress?”

“What a terrific experience I had buying my bed from these nice folks! Found just the mattress I’ve been wanting for some time at a great price and communication about shipping was fast and easy. Shipping itself was great, too really well packed for the journey all the way to Maine! I’m very grateful to these folks been needing a new mattress for years and thanks to their great price points I was able to get the perfect one. Highly recommend!”

Hi Brian, The pictures for the Malouf brackets are provided to us by Malouf. Sometimes customers purchase brackets thinking that they'll work for their adjustable base but then realize that they are brand specific. I'm sorry you had trouble getting these to work with your base, but we're happy to comply with our 30 day return policy. Thank you, Bed Planet

“I recently purchased the storm 2.0 after doing the survey to find which pillow is best for me and the pillow is a real nice pillow it keeps it's shape and is really comfortable. I had a problem with my first pillow and customer service fixed it that same day and sent a new one my way, so very quick response time 10 out of 10. Only thing is I sleep really hot at night and pillow does do a good job of cooling but for me since it fits good for me (a side sleeper), I stay in one place all night and doesn't stay cool the whole night. But I just move to the side alittle or turn it over and it's good for the rest of the night. Never shopping anywhere else for a pillow.”

“There is a mechanical problem with the Ultra Comfort chair. I spoke with a representative of your company over two weeks ago. He said he would refer it to the "service People" and they would be in touch. I have heard nothing from anyone. I have called the Ultra Comfort people and they tell me to call you.”

“Did not know that bed rail is specifically made for your bed. I have a sleep number 360 split king that reclines. Ad did not say for a certain bed only. Still waiting g or Tanner to email packing label to return rail”

“My first experience with Bed Planet was not very good, since that time they have tried to help make it right. Offering me an exchange for the product that I should have been directed to in the first place. I figured out how to fix the adjustable bed that I purchased so that it works for me the way I originally thought it would. I just use it backwards.”
