Very good experience. Delivery was made within the designated time period - in fact, I was told I'd be 1st delivery of the day so I could arrange my schedule accordingly, a big plus. Most give you a 3 or 4 hour time frame but won't commit to honing in more specifically. All went smoothly. The product, a mattress, was as expected re firmness, etc. and I'm quite satisfied.
