I was really impressed with Bed Planet's customer service. I wanted to follow up on my order's anticipated arrival date, and the gentleman I spoke with was courteous and even called me the next day to ensure I was able to connect with the shipping company. It felt like I was dealing with a small, local business. The mattress arrived in excellent condition. Very happy that we were able to find such a deal - a little over half the price of the big mattress store's "sale" price. Thanks!
