Tanner was extremely informative, helpful and patient speaking to my wife and I over the phone to help us decide between multiple massage chairs and adjustable beds. He gave us detailed unbiased info, helping us narrow down our decision.
We were returning customers, as the last massage chair we got was from BedPlanet, back in 2007. It was a Panasonic, and it still looks and works like day one! It was just time to upgrade to a newer model 13 years later.
