I was very impressed with Chrissie True. She was very lovely to deal with. Not sure now that we are a few months down the road, that I am happy with the bed. Very cold bed. And now it appears to be descending down the path of the old bed - leaving a hollow where you sleep. I need to go back and talk to Chrissie soon.
