They have been absalutly fantastic to deal with and have gone out of their way to give me exactly what I whanted, when I whanted it.
I can not be any more happy with the bed and the great service.

“Bought a bedroom suite in 2017 - needed replacement bed slats. Owner of Bedpost Wairau Park - Auckland - took great care of me. The original manufacturer did not have spares, so he cut down some especially for me had them ready the same day for me to collect. Did the first two complimentary to ensure they fit right. Such good service.”

“Terrible customer service! Wanted to buy 2 mattress and they had only one. The other would take 2 days to arrive and when I said I needed them today because kids mattresses has bedbugs I was told I should have gone shopping before. How could I have if bites appeared today??? When I said it wad not their place to tell me when to shop I was told they did not need my business and that I could leave. Do not recommend shopping there!”
