I was VERY happy with my Bedpost Thorndon Quay experience. I made 2-3 trips to look at my super king bed options before settling on one that has been fantastic. The staff there simply provided advice base on what I like (firm), weren't pushy at all. When it came to delivery the Manager of the branch delivered the bed himself as their delivery person was off sick. This dedication to customer service is something I won't forget and will be coming back when I have to buy my son's bed. Thanks guys!
