Misleading the customers, the item advertised is pictured as an ottoman bed and was sent as the standard version. I asked the buyer why this was and replied that I had selected the standard bed even though there was no distinction on the bed page and the bed pictured was the ottoman. Had no feedback from bedroom and dining.co.uk after I explained this, left with a bed with no storage as I had initially hoped for and cannot return as it would cost me more with the collection. Overall a disappointing buy that I’m going to have to live with.
