A bed was ordered.
I then get an email asking if I want to upgrade my free delivery - for an extra charge - which I decline.
2 days later I get a garbled telephone call with them trying to get me to upgrade my free delivery - which I again decline.
I then get an email saying there was a supplier issue and it was delayed indefinitely.
I then requested a refund and am now having to chase it.
'Apparently', the 'escalations' department are supposedly going to contact me for the refund.
Several emails later .... still waiting
Edit: TWO WEEKS LATER and I am STILL waiting for a refund.
They have LIED to me, saying the refund was authorised - time and time again.
I have now reported them to the Police and Trading Standards for fraud.
