The super king size bed comes in two packages. One package in one color, the other in a different color. The company asked me to keep it in two different colors. The sides are a different color, the headrest is a different color. Joke. After waiting about a week, the bed arrived again in two colors. Second time, same problem. After the phone call, they offered to bring the same color for the third time. I wanted a refund, I've been waiting for a bed for a month. They gave the money back after 2 weeks. The service is poor and they do not want to give the money back, they just want to exchange it and exchange it forever. I will never buy there again.”
“Hands down worst online company I have ever dealt with. Item orderred and then sms received next day to go online and reserve my delivery slot. Online system does not work so tried calling delivery company and beds.co.uk, on hold for over 40mins with no answer.
Sent email and reply received 2 days later accusing me of not having booked a delivery date which is false and they was explained in the email. Then told item will be with me in 2 days / already dispatched. Now being told via email item not in stock and I can choose an alternative. Still I have no idea what is going on and have no confirmation from them.
Now just want my money back and advise all to shop elsewhere”
