Horrible customer service, i was allocated a delivery window of 26-30th Nov and the customer service team calls me on 29th saying my bed is delayed and would be delivered on 2nd Dec. I told them i need the bed by 30th/1st Dec as i was moving to a new property with 3 year old toddler and myself being 30 weeks pregnant. They were super rude and said they can't do anything and i should do whatever i want. no empathy and consideration at all
