Don't be tempted by the cheap price, the ottoman bed we purchased from Bedworld broke after just 18 months, and despite contacting the company we were told us it was not their problem and the item is only warranted for 12 months. Our last bed lasted 10 years by comparison. I really wouldn't recommend this company especially the way they spoke to my wife about the issue.

Poor customer service. I wemt into the grimsby store last week to purchase 2 full beds with mattresses and the lady was too busy on her phone amd didn't even acknowledge us at first, about 20 minutes later she asked if we wanted any help, she was more interested in her phone than helping us. I think her name was Natasha as we heard her say that when she was on the phone. We won't be back as I like to go places that offer customer service

Delivery was delayed by several days which they blamed on the supplier. Dates and details of delivery given online when purchasing, on purchase orders, and in their delivery procedures are completely different from the Ts&Cs, which is obviously an attempt to be deliberately misleading. When delivery did eventually take place, it was dumped at the front door, the old bed was not uplifted despite paying for this. Emailed to raise these issues, got a call back from someone who initially did not introduce themselves, they were frankly unprofessional and rude, when I asked to speak to someone else they then claimed to be "the manager for the whole company". Would avoid at all cost, even if they are cheaper than their competitors.

Avoid this place..Anyone having issues call citizens advice they will tell you everything you need to do. I got my money back after 8 months! The sales girl absolutely unprofessional and such a liar.

I ordered two memory foam mattreses, a super king and a single mattress. When they delivered them to us, I realised they weren't memory foam mattresses and I told the delivery guy to take them back so I save him the trip. Obviously he didn't take them. I've had a memory foam mattress foe 10 years ( I didn't order drom the same company as they couldn't ship to my country anymore) so I trusted bedsworld. I also went to two different shops to confirm the feel of the memory foam mattress. Both different shops memory foam mattress weren't so firm. The sales person of the bedsworld tried to justify by saying that initially they are firm which is incorrect ( hence the other two shops mattresses weren't and the one that I had wasn't so firm when we bought it) . I contacted bedsworld and after they asked me to send them a picture of the mattresses which they are still in plastic as we didn't open them, they told me that we will not receive the full refund! I'm sorry this is fooling your customers and what they're buying is not you're selling. Obviously after I received the email, I tried to call customer care for several times and now no one is replying. Also they were meant to be delivered after 10 days and we received them after 20 days approx. THE OWNER WILL WRITE THAT WE DIDNT SHOP FROM HIM AND THE REVIEW IS FAKE AS HE DID TO OTHERS. TRUST ME its not fake and I request full refund and you come and pick up both mattresses. I've spent over €500 and.i have proof of receipt and pictures!

Please Avoid them, they send you a lower quality than what you ordered, and they don't accept change or replacement; the devilry put the stuff in the front door with no help for putting in, no customer service reply, [Order #FS-79438] (3 July 2023)

We bought mattress of bed world a bout six month ago, we have had nothing but trouble. We have kept on at them about how uncomfortable and tribal the quality is but they do not care after so many email, all they said was that they will charge us £79 to collect and see what is the problem. They have such a bad customer service. The after sale care is nonexistent. Please do NOT waste your money on the product, just go a reputable beds and mattress company.

We bought mattress two month ago it looked very nice in the photos and nice things was written about we really thought that was the mattress for us we paid nearly £400, and when arrived we used it for 4 to five weeks and we both kept on getting back, shoulder and chest pains we turned the mattress over exactly the same, got in touch with the company they just did not want to know all they said was if you dislike it we can collect for a charge of £79, no chance of a exchange or refund. Omce this company gets your money that’s it. The customer care does not exist. Total waste of money. Never again. Please try and buy from a reputable place or shop.

I ordered king size otoman bed 10 days ago and bed arrived 10days later.at 10.30 am this morning Driver Sag rang me 10.20am said on the way.I have been looking for bed in local stores here in Dublin but beds seemed expensive to me.seems like good bed to me very easy to instal and as good a bed as others i was looking at with more expensive price.so well done Bedworld. 5 stars from me P

Horrible customer service, i was allocated a delivery window of 26-30th Nov and the customer service team calls me on 29th saying my bed is delayed and would be delivered on 2nd Dec. I told them i need the bed by 30th/1st Dec as i was moving to a new property with 3 year old toddler and myself being 30 weeks pregnant. They were super rude and said they can't do anything and i should do whatever i want. no empathy and consideration at all

Hugely Disappointed. Please Read the Reviews. Completely dodgy. I ordered a bed one year ago from Bedworld and incurred delivery issues. The bed support beam of the bed completely broke and the metal casters have bent entirely less than 6 months after purchasing it, after tens of phone calls and emails, I received the offer of a partial refund of £80, for a £600 bed! I had to continue to press to get a refund and was landed with a replacement. The replacement took a while to arrive and on doing so, it was in even worse quality - buttons missing, staples sticking out, feet not matching the description on the website. The gentleman who came alone to collect the bed was unable to lift it, never loan complete the collection. Luckily his friend was close-by and was able to help him. The same bed broke less than 2 weeks later (I was away for a week during this time!). After tens of phonically and emails, I finally received a response offering me a replacement beam and again a partial refund of a mere £80. It's clear that they do not want to issue refunds as stated in several other complaints and they take you round the houses to avoid doing so at all costs. On calling I spoke with someone who was able to help me (she's now left apparently) and offered to collect the bed and refund. The collection was scheduled (or so I thought) for the beginning of the following week, so we removed the bed and had it ready. There was no collection. I received a notification the morning before the following week at a time when we were away so the bed couldn't be collected. Too short notice for anyone! Having emailed several times and received no reply / promised collections that haven't occurred, the bed is still with me 4 months later. I'm now seeking the bed to be collected and all I'm being offered is a credit note. I've called over 20 times in the past two days to be ignored, hung up on and emails disregarded. I would seriously avoid purchasing anything from this organisation. There is clearly issues of poor-management, unsatisfactory quality items that do not comply with consumer standards. I will now have to seek legal action to receive the refund as promised.

DO NOT TOUCH!! The mattresses are not what is shown in the pictures, very cheap replicas, not damask material, very uncomfortable. The Elle bed frame had no instructions, missing parts, and we had to buy a special wood glue for the legs as they had drilled 2 holes next to each other but still put protector over so leg wouldn’t attach, now have to pay £79 to send back mattress

I paid €600 for a king size bed which included a headboard and chrome legs for the bed. It was definitely not worth the money. The workmanship is poor, there were no instructions with assembling everything and the headboard is very flimsy when screwed to the bed. There isn't even anything to connect the two separate pieces of the bed together. I feel such a mug for not checking this place out first before I bought off them. So be warned!

Good product and excellent value. After ordering an adjustable bed I became concerned on reading the negative reviews, but I needn’t of worried it came when I was told it would and I’ve just had a very comfortable night. Very happy.
