I bought a Mattress a few weeks ago. Delivery was within 10 days and on the day of delivery the driver rang me 30 mins in advance to let me know his time of arrival. When I tried the Mattress it wasn't the firm tension orthapedic mattress I thought I had ordered but when I checked my order I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong Mattress.. I need a orthapedic mattress for back problems. When I got in touch with Bedworld customer service they were so understanding and co operative. They allowed me order the correct mattress and they delivered it in a timely fashion and took the other one back. The lady Jen that I dealt with was very helpful polite and understanding. I woulld have no hesitation of buying from Bedworld again.
