“Booking easy and delivery on time however product average quality, missed an item I had ordered, takes half hour to get phone picked up, always Covid is the reason, emails take a minimum of 48 hours to be replied to. Attitude friendly.”

“purchased bed and delivered with missing item.I was told I'd receive item today before 12.Still waiting and phone line goes unanswered then engaged tone after 1 hour.Will not be buying from bedworld again.Another day wasted waiting on delivery.”

“The bed is great, it was delivered quickly but here is the catch, it doesn't state any restrictions for my postcode and only after purchase then inform me delivery won't be made to my address. Got refunded the money for my old bed to be removed, And got it delivered to my work.”

“Bed was sound - No problems with the quality or the service Unfortunatally there was no instructions on how to build it and as it was an ottoman bed it was a 'bit' challenging to say the least!”

“delivered on time. Mattress is great, however the bed base and headboard was not of the same quality, cheap materials thrown together, I expect the mattress to out-live the bed base. Lesson learnt, you get what you pay for. buy cheap - get cheap”

“Customer service was very good, however the quality of the mattresses are unfortunately very poor. Not much support and material underneath ripped and pulled away when carrying them up the stairs as it is a very thin cheap material .”

“The mattress was only delivered on the last day. When called to know roughly the arrival time was informed guaranteed between 08h00 and 10h00 and it was only delivered after 11h00.”

“Was informed delivery would be made in 2hrs . Then was told my bed was going back to the Depot due to van problem. Was TOLD Not asked if Sat or Sun for delivery. It would have been nice if they checked if it would be convenient for these days but as there was no phone no to contact them. So I had just to wait in both days it arrived on the Sunday.. I also wondered WHY there is name ie Magnum stitched on the mattress as normal. So I have no way of knowing if I received the correct mattress. I am happy enough with the item. Just a bit disappointed I'm not sure it's the one I did order!! 😏😏😏”

“Ordering the bed and base was fine, But apart from the few E-Mails, you were not best informed of the delivery date which I had to chase. Also now having had the bed and base for at less 2 months I have noticed the metal base has started to discolour due to a poor finish. to be honest I would not buy from you again, Pity it all looked so good on you web site”

“Very happy with the quality of bed . Only fault was had no phone call prior to delivery which was a little bit annoying as both working full time ,and we payed extra for for our old mattress to be taken and unfortunately the driver couldn’t take it as was no room in the van but we were the refunded with a couple of days so can’t complain.”

“ordered a bed set with headboard and mattress delivered on time but delivery men wouldnt take it upstairs to the bedroom . when i unpacked it all the bottom of the freestanding headboard was quite badly damaged but as i needed to use the bed straightaway and as the damage couldnt be seen once the mattress was on i left it . now also having problems with the drawers as they wont open properly so not that happy and probably would not recommend also seem very poor quality for the frame”

“Wrong size headboard was delivered. Although customer service acknowledged their mistake, delivery was not great. Poor communication this time, which is a pity because we have used this company before and found their products to be very good.”
