The bed was actaully too big for the room and I know I should have measured but they would NOT take it back even though it was just delivered and put up. I offered to take GBP100.00 less but it was a big NO! So I am stuck with the Superking TV OAt coloured bed!

Whilst your customer service was helpful, the phone is sometimes not answered. I’ve bought two mattresses from you, the first one is great, but the most recent purchase is not fairing up so well, there is already a dip in the mattress one side and the fabric covering it is all pilly and rough, despite a mattress protector covering it!

You get what you pay for £320 bed don't have expectations you won't get the quality of sealy or silentnight,The look of a £1000 bed the comfort of a staw filled sack.

Good beds, but first one I bought has dipped. Trying to get through by phone is a miracle. Second bed ok (for now !) but delivery was terrible as they left it at a completely wrong address, didn’t bother to call me, only got an email to say delivery was made and then I had to go and find it and pick it up by foot !!!

I live in a first floor flat. The stairs are just 15 steps and the driver refused to deliver the beds upstairs. I had to take the beds upstairs with the help of my neighbours. The quality of the beds are not as good as they look.

Bed and matress were shoved into garage, looked like no care was taken to do this properly. Good price. Quality ok.

The bed it self is good value and apparently very comfortable. But there are no instructions for assembly. I spoke to a very helpful young women at customer service who did everything possible to help. In the end when a carpenter couldn't see how to assemble without damaging, had to tear the protective undercover to join the 2 parts.

The guest bed is flimsy and not stable. The clamp supporting the upright position of the bed got jammed the first time it was used so its quite difficult to put the bed on upright position. Wheels are cheap quality.

As expected. Good prices but there is a lack of communication I had to call them all the time for updates. The mattress was delivered out with the promised time but when it did arrive it was as expected. The mattress seems good quality for what was paid for it. Hope it holds up over the years. I would probably order from again in the future if all goes well with this one.

I wish I had read reviews before purchase. It only tells you after you have paid that delivery is to your front door and Mr Mckinkay certainly stuck to that fact. He literally pushed the bed through the front door and never set foot over the doorstep he was very rude. The headboard ordered was not with the delivery so I was refusing to accept part order he then started ranting about you could have said something before I off loaded. If he had said it was not all there I would have done. Normally goods are delivered to room of use, having said that the bed is of solid construction and the adjustability of bed does what it says as advertised. Not sure on mattress seems to be sagging on one side already so this may need to be replaced but has 12 month warranty. Get your delivery sorted bedworld and reviews would be better.

All ok. I don’t know how the 2 bits of the divan fit together and there are no instructions. Would be helpful if it was very clear on the web site that you don’t deliver the bed to the room only to the doorstep. Other than that ok.

The beds pretty comfortable, however the base seems to have became increasingly creaky after time. It’s can get a bit unbearable at times so we ended up having to try fix it ourselves

The bed was absolutely gorgeous but I had arranged to have my old bed taken away. The company that deliver would not take it. I know it’s not bedworlds fault as they contract the deliveries out but this was a service I had requested from them they should ensure the company delivers and collects as promised

For the price petty good however one drawer doesn’t open and close well at all , and I only put some pillow cases in and a sheet , and would rather have something stronger than a plastic clip to hold bases together

I gave 3 stars because they put me on hold for 3 week after I wrote in delivery notes ( available after 6 pm) and no calls no email nothing but I'm happy with my new mattress confy and good rest.

Problems with delivery, as it was prolonged past the maximum days stated on the website, and nobody from Bedworld told me this. This meant that the delivery had to be subsequently delayed for another few weeks as I was going on holiday. This caused a lot of stress and required a lot of interaction with Bedworld themselves. They did not answer the phone number stated on their website, once I was on hold for over an hour and no one responded. Review as acceptable because the price and product exceptional. Can not fault at all but the overall poor communication and delivery problems would put me off ordering with them again.
