“I placed an order on 19th February and bed has been delivered today as promised. I had a couple of queries regarding my order and very impressed with the speed of reply from both Nabihah and Irfan. I received a phone call on Thursday last week (4th March)to confirm bed would be delivered today. I received phone call from Nazar this morning to advise me he would be with me in 30 minutes and true to his word arrived on time. Nazar was very courteous and I have to say impressed with both his manner and professionalism.”

“Delivered within 10 days as advised and drivers very nice pushed into my hall and I kept distance. Packaging was filthy on mattress and bases no idea where this has been had to put on rubber gloves to unwrap. The bed is fine for a spare room and I would purchase again if needed as the price was great. The headboard however one wooden spar was straight the other at and angle and the material is not attached at top right hand corner coming away from backing.”

“After reading the poor comments I decided it was best to cancel order and get my money back it was a bit of a pain trying to get them to answer by phone but in the end I was able to cancel the order and I got my money back real quick.”

“I originally searched the website and found the bed I wanted but as the office was in Huddersfield decided to visit personally. I am glad I did because I got the bed I wanted and saved money. The products are very good but the customer service could have been better - no contact with the company and the invoice I had with contact phone numbers were no longer in service. However when the driver did contact me on the day of delivery I was very relieved because I had already gotten rid of my old bed. The driver was very friendly and helpful so his customer services skills compensated for the lack of contactable customer service agents which I had experienced. Now a month later I am still very pleased with my purchase - good quality and value for money. I would buy from this company again but really think that they should try to improve the after sales pre-delivery. A 12 hour delivery spot is not acceptable in this day and age. A call to customers at the beginning of the delivery cycle would be more appropriate and welcome.”

“My item was a week late on delivery due to a broken down vehicle but they kept me updated. I paid the extra for my mattress to be taken away however the driver was very rude and would not help me carry my mattress downstairs unless I paid him £30. He use watched me struggle to do it myself. Other then that the mattress is great quality and value for money.”

“This review hovered between satisfactory and good but I decided on good because of the efficient way that our queries and concerns were dealt with. The customer care from the e mail team was excellent and prompt. The phone line was never answered and so I corresponded through e mail.”

“Delivery on time and a very helpful driver. Comfortable bed although it took a few days to get use to it. Only criticism is there was no notes on how to put the bed together so had to look on you tube.”

“Ordering was straightforward and easy. Communication from Bedworld was good. The bed arrived within the given timescale, without any problems. My daughter’s very happy with her bed - says it’s the ‘comfiest ever’! The sliding storage is great in her very small bedroom. Quality of the frame and material is ok. Some people might not be happy but the price was great so I’m not going to complain. A very good budget bed.”
