“The bed and headboard are absolutely fine. The initial wait time for a call to arrange delivery was over a week (not within the 48 hrs stated) and after I had emailed to chase it. But once I got the call it was all straightforward.”

“Wrong bed colour and wrong headboard style delivered initially, sent back and replaced with correct bed and headboard the following week, no problem with the return, had they delivered it correctly to start with I would have given them a 5 star rating”

“The order went quite smoothly and the double bed was delivered on the day expected. The only issue I had was when the driver turned up he told me as it was only him delivering the bed he could not take it upstairs, so just delivered it into the hallway downstairs. This wasn't too much of an issue as there was room and my partner was able to take it upstairs but, it would have been better for this to be made clear before ordering as someone else might have needed it to have been carried upstairs. Also it makes me wonder what would have happened if I was living in a flat without a lift!”

“Very cheap price. Mattress fine for the money. Only needed it for the spare room. Guest said he had a very good nights sleep. At the end of the few wks he said the bed was very comfortable! Might not last as long as a more expensive one but definately worth the price for what I wanted it for!”

“Whilst the general finish was good, some of the posts between the lower and upper bunk did not line up correctly. This is a manufacturing fault, which was reported as soon as possible after delivery and assembly.”
