“I didn’t appreciate the poor support regarding delivery; that all deliveries are only to the ground floor. I had to pay £40 cash upfront to the deliver because he threatened not to unload the product without this fee”

“Excellent value for money, would have given 5/5 but they weren’t able to deliver on our preferred day due to our location. However they did work around our requirements, so would have given a 4.5/5 if I could.”

“Delivery was on time But to send 1 driver out to deliver a super king mattress is not exceptable I felt so sorry for him, we had to ask a neighbour for help,and then it was a struggle Bed world need to look after their staff”

“Once the bed was delivered the service was excellent, the delivery men took off their shoes(without me asking) before going upstairs then placed the bed in the correct room. They also arrived before the scheduled time. The good service over shadowed my initial thoughts about the company because the bed wasn't despatched and delivered on the initial day planned.”

“Good service the only reason I would not give a Very Good review is that we were told that the driver would deliver the bed to the door (I called to confirm this) of the property. In fact he refused to do this and left the bed at the service lift where we had to leave it valnerable to theft while while we took it to the actual apartment. We did ask if the driver would wait with the bed but he said he was too busy. Other than that we were very happy with the ordering and the product.”

“Bed is great and happy with it. The only drawback was the delivery was only 1 person! I had to assist in helping the young man to get the bed off the van into my house also the old bed onto the van. But apart from that very happy with overall service.”
