Once the bed was delivered the service was excellent, the delivery men took off their shoes(without me asking) before going upstairs then placed the bed in the correct room. They also arrived before the scheduled time. The good service over shadowed my initial thoughts about the company because the bed wasn't despatched and delivered on the initial day planned.
